Moped Carburetor Carb
Carburetor on an 82' Honda Urban Express?
I have an a moped and it sat for quite some time, long story short, the tank became rusty, I have fixed the tank and it is rust free now. What do I do about the carb, it, well it sucks, the moped doesnt run above 20 when it should do 30mph, and it bogs out... very inconsistent. I have cleanded the carb and it still runs bad
sounds like the carby still needs a good clean out maybe even a kit put in
to clean properly it needs to be completly stripped & blown through with compressed air check all the jets are clear &
clean check the needle & seat for wear replace if needed
check and adjust the float level if needed
also check the fuel line make sure your fuel is clean
